Large companies eg Clicks, Pick n Pay and Spar have simple and effective "rewards programmes" to benefit purchasers. Checkers have a convoluted system involving a tedious cellphone procedure. This is time-consuming and reliant on one's patience and fortitude and the assumption that everyone lugs a cell phone around. Also Cell reception is not always available when necessary.
Please re-consider your present arduous process of rewarding customers by applying an easier, consumer- friendly method of bestowing your largesse on your loyal clients. An across the board point accumulation system far outweighs the odd product-specific programme you have instituted. Personally, I couldn't be bothered with your involved system so would rather shop at Pick n Pay or Clicks where I gain on all purchases.
