Yesterday just after 17:00 I went to Checkers Rangeview to do my weekly shopping. Imagine my surprise when they had NO Steakhouse Classic! Checkers is known for their steaks, yet this shop could not be bothered about it. Also no breadcrumbs. It has come to a stage where I cannot take a simple recipe and buy all the ingredients from Checkers, I need to go to another shop. The only reason I still go to Checkers is because it is convenient as I stay just across the road. It angers me that we pay so much for everything yet we do not get proper service. And when I spoke to Leonard the manager he just stood there and did not have much to say. Eventually he wrote down my details. Not even a reason why there is no stock or anything. This is beyond pathetic. And it is not just me, plenty customers feel the same. There was another lady moaning because there were NO diet Coke, Sprite or Tab. Seriously?? Catch a wake up Checkers, you gonna loose a lot of customers due to poor service. We will spend our hard earned cash elsewhere.
