I am now playing catch up and getting the run around, first my all statements are not arriving to me after I updated my address more than 3 times. Prior to taking up an additional item I specifically asked since its one company, can they make sure that I make one payment for both things and not get charged twice from my end and because they wanted to make a sell, they agreed, couple of months later I now have 2 accounts, where one is in arrears and the other in the positive. How does one company and department lack such coordination. I now called asking for invoices which i haven't been receiving and I am told I can only get my balance and whats due only when settling my account. what Hogwash is that? If you are going to back on your word let me know how should reciprocate and go back on my own word too. You cannot change things as you go, either stick to what we agreed on nothing at all
