We gave back our elite office chairs the 25th of April 2013, after the dam chairs broke the whole time, they told us that they cant fix it and will give us a credit note, because they and all of SA has NO stock available???
It is the 25th of June tomorrow and we STILL have NO chairs!!! this is really RIDICULOUS!!! Where is the customer support and friendly staff at Decofurn?? We have to phone the WHOLE time to get updates?? is there so many stock given back that they are swamped with unsatisfied clients??
can someone please get back to us and explain what the hold up is??
