I recently needed to purchase some ink. As I entered the store and there was Matimba with a huge smile welcoming me into the store. He took me directly to the ink and even suggested the best money saving options. When someone knows there product and offers friendly service you will definitely support that store again. It made such a pleasant change as "outstanding" service seems to be lacking in this day and age.
