I was out out of my wits with worry when I entered this store on Thursday 10th October. This was after I went to MTN for advice on how to use my Skype, and I was told the technician would only be available the following day. My Skype had to be activated that day for an important video call. However when I ask for assistance at the Incredible connection store, this gentleman was only eager to assist me on my Tablet and was very patient and co-operative. I just want to say thank you Jay! You are trully an asset to your company! Now I am Incredibly Connected!
