Thank you Carlswald Spar for encouraging the till attendants to have a more positive attitude. I saw a marked improvement over the past year. In particular, the one till attendant called Mapule is very positive and friendly. I'm always greeted when I go shopping there, whether I'm at her till or not. Keep up the good work. I'd like to keep shopping here as it's very convenient and close to home and work for me.
