This is a long overdue thumbs down to management of Vincent Spar. Having been involved in Spar for a number of years we were taught to always greet your customers. I frequent this outlet as i work nearby and its convenient, however i have never been greeted. My main complaint is however a warning to other shoppers to always check your till slip, i am charged between R2 and tonight R11 an item more than displayed on the shelf barcode. Tonights example 300ml weigh less spray and cook was marked R25. odd on the barcode but at the till i was charged R35! Enough is enough, not only are customers ripped off, ignored but they always seem to be out of items. I happened to be in the vicinity of Southernwood over the weekend and did a shop there. What a pleasure, such a bigger selection and everything was just more organised and i got the impression they actually cared. Ill make an effort to rather go out of my way from now on.
