At about 8:15am I wanted to buy Sasko brown bread and it was out of stock at PNP Kemton Gate. The product is currently on promotion. PNP has a policy that if a product that is on promotion runs out of stock, customers can claim a rain cheque. I informed the Supevisor - Rudzani who had to double check in their storeroom if stock was available - she took her time and even forgot about me by attending to other issues. I had to buy Albany brown bread which is almost twice the price of Sasko brown. Obviously the store is under ordering and Mangement should look into this.
