BIG THUMBS UP! I received two generic toner cartridges in March (at the cost of 1 'name-brand'). I was dubious about the performance, but the first one worked like a dream. I discovered, earlier this month the 2nd was not viable and sent an email informing InkSaver. They responded super-promptly and undertook to send me a replacement with full trust that I was not 'pulling a fast one'!!! They were in short supply of the particular model so I was happy wait 2 weeks. However, the cartridge arrived in half that time to my door. AND I was also given a funky pen with a note of thanks! InkSaver really go the extra mile. Thanks to Cheryl and Karen for their efficiency AND fabulous senses of humour (which speaks volumes in my book).
