the sales person that told me about the promo said that some movies dont count to your 10 movies and you can not take games.
after buying 16 movies and 3 cds i had my 10 so i could get my one free, so i went in to redeem my free movie only to be told i must pay in R70 odd rand, so i asked to speak to the manager, Im not sure if she was the manager because she never said she was but no one els came out to help me, she said on the pamphlet it says terms and conditions, that was her only answer she could give me so i showed her the pamphlet and told her to show me on the pamphlet where it says you are going to get a discount on it, i told her it says your 11th one is free not you will get a discount off you 11th one.
the money was not the problem, faulse advertising was the problem. I didnt mind paying upto R50 more for their dvd's, as they normaly had the new releases 1st. you lost a customer who spends a fair bit of money on dvds
