I went to The Hub, Greenstone during my lunch hour today to make a quick purchase. Fortunately, there was no queue at the till and i expected a quick transaction! Well, i have never been more wrong. I was attended to by 2 female staff members who managed to drag out a quick purchase into an ordeal. The one too as long as possible to key in the purchase and the other made opening the shopping bag into a marathon event! Unfortunately, the personnel did not have name tags.
A male staff member who obviously had just had his lunch, groaning and rubbing his belly with obvious satisfaction.
I might as well have been invisible. No greeting, no interest, very little attention paid - even when taking my money. I am loathe to ever shop there again - a really unpleasant experience.
