I purchased two Kindles, and wanted to collect rather than wait for a courier. My order was confirmed, and arrangements made for picking up the parcel. This was confirmed the day before, and Pieter followed up with SMSes, and even offered to deliver when I said I will collect by motorcycle (in the rain). I commend this company and will use it again.
