I recently bought a pair of Tsonga shoes, quite expensive. After wearing it on two occasions the one shoe hurts me to such an extent that I could not walk with comfort. I sent it back to the factory and I was informed that there is nothing wrong with the shoe and sent it back.. I use similar shoes (different brand) and I experience no problems. The lady in charge of customer service try to convince me that I bought the wrong size, absolutely ridiculous. It seems they follow a policy "the customer is always wrong". It was a expensive lesson but next time I will stick to the well known brands.
