Being ill at home I called dischem to enquire after a herbal antibiotic I was looking for. Obviously craving relief as soon as possible I made arrangements for my father to collect the tablets for me after being assured that they would be left in the front for him to collect.
When he got there they couldn't find the item at first and after much calling back and forth they managed to sources it apparently. Only for him to come home and bring me a tablet that did not contain the ingredients I was led to believe they did by the man who advised me at dischem when I called! Now I am sick at home with the wrong medication! I would expect a higher degree of care when dealing with people's health.
