I would like to compliment and thank Madelene Mendes on the outstanding service we received recently after purchasing a product from LuMaC M3 Pty Ltd
The parcel was delivered and unfortunately, the product was missing from inside. We contacted her regarding the situation, and although it was not hers or the company's fault, she immediately rectified the situation and ensured that the product would be resent to us at no additional charge.
Excellent service such as that displayed by Madelene Mendes is a rarity. Thank you once again - your assistance and service exceeded our expectations.
