I was treated badly by a sales consulted at the Mr Price at Clear Water Mall. I was enquiring about a pair of shoes i wanted to purchase but the sales consultant was not very helpful by saying that he worked in the shoe department and that because he hadn't seen the shoes in his section, they were not available anywhere in GP. When I insisted that he check with other stores, he said that he was busy and continued to assist the next customer. i waited until he was done with the other customer to confront him about his behaviour and he insisted that i was being rude and impossible by pointing this out to him. He went on arguing with me about customer service and went on to say that paying customers had first preference and that i should wait. i went on with my shopping and was helped by a lady who assisted me by finding the shoes i was looking for and she made an effort to make sure that the nearest store kept the shoes for me. Some of your staff need serious training, please attend to this matter urgently.
