On 29th April at about 5pm we went to the shop to request the Return Policy of goods purchased on account, he was not helpful at all, instead he was shouting and cursing when we asked him probing questions like, what the policy says on goods returned and why we cannot have it printed for us he kept pointing a finger at me telling me to Shut up! That he is a Zulu man he will not be questioned by a woman especially a woman who is disabled on a wheelchair, and do i know where he is from. (threatening a potential client) shouting at a client in the middle of the store, during working hours, surely a person who walks into a store is a client and should be treated accordingly. If a client is asking questions surely he should be able to answer without getting emotional and shouting and using vulgar language.

I am appalled by the behaviour of this manager, in front of his sales team, and people walking into the shop. I am very offended and request that action be taken to reprimand him.

I sent a follow up email on the 8 May, up to date no contact has been made!
