I applied a few times for a credit card using the online site - I tried completing it 3 times, and each time it failed (the site doesn't respond after I submit), and each time all my info was wiped and I had to start again.
I sent a complaint via email to [Email Removed] on 9 May. Another on 15 May. Another today (18 June). Nobody bothered to respond even once.
Pathetic. Really. I work for another retailer's IT department and I know how our Customer Service department deals with emails and what proper Customer Service means. This is not it.
Pretty funny when I look at Hello Peter comments on Woolworths - of the 30 or so comments left in the last few days only 2 have responses, and they are both on compliments received (which are a very small percentage of the comments by the way).
