Sadly, Edgars has proven me right once again... I've sent an email to their customer relations dept on 11 June to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service received over and over (involving 11 branches) within a few days - there is no telephone etiquette what so ever, and the face to face service is also quite shocking. Surprise surpise... its a week later and no acknowledgement/response was received (even after receiving a read receipt the day after i sent the email).
This is a sorry excuse for customer service... but Im sure you pretty much hound your customers to make account payments promptly! This is exactly why im reconsidering making that commitment to this company.
