DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

Never in my life have i experienced such poor service from a company before, We ordered our kitchen from Ucan on the 08/07/13. It was a headache from the moment I paid in full for my kitchen. All of our enquiries have to get run by Jonathon from Pinetown branch who is difficult to get hold of. My kitchen is now installed however there are many problems 1. Warped drawer fronts 2. Drawers don''t line up 3. Chips on the shelves/carcass 4. The shelves appear to have been cut way too big for the base units. Upon showing Jonathon and Nathi the faults, all I got was excuses. I am still waiting to hear when my kitchen will be sorted out so that I can get my granite supplier to come in and complete the kitchen so that I am able to move into my house!! I have called H/O, still waiting for a callback, Jonathon's cell phone is off, Nathi cant help me without talking to Jonathon first, I have contacted the fitters and they too cannot give me an answer. This is absolutely ridiculous! Service does not come to a stop when the client pays in-full!!! I am extremely let down and will never recommend this company to anyone!!! It's been a month and i still don't know when it will be completed!
