I went into the clinic to get the pill - a 10min job at the most! I sat for 45min waiting, and eventually the sister comes out and asked what I want - no Hello... I say I need the pill, and she asks which pill. I try and explain I don't know as I have not been on one for a while, when she tells me she has an appointment at 1 (it was 12:48) I tell her I had been waiting for 45min and just needed the pill. She told me that the person before me was also an appointment *(as if that has ANYTHING to do with me) so I say there are NO signs saying that this is an appointment only clinic and this women simply points at the form to complete for get an appointment and walks away! I am shocked! Thankfully I went to diskem and was helped and out of the store in under 10min! (payment included) I will not let this rest until that women has personally phoned me to apologise for her shocking behaviour.
