Return policy 6 weeks with attitude

I recently bought a new pair of boots from them knowing that the purchase was a good one wrt the type of shoe. A week later they developed a squeak when I walked. I thought this may go but its since got worse. I took the slip with the shoes back to the store to swap but the same lady that happily sold me the shoes now couldn't even look me in the eyes when she told me that they cannot do a swap but would need to send them back to the factory to first see if it is a fault before swapping out. I have only had them in total for 3 weeks, now winter will be finished by the time I get them back. Had I bought from Woolworths or another store it would have been swapped immediately, no questions asked!!! DON'T waste your time and shop here in case you receive a dud like me.
