Pricing and incorrect shelf ticket issues

Just had an unpleasant experience at Woolworths Food Greenside.

Wife sent me to buy 8-pack Thick Beef Burgers, which she has bought before from the same store on a few occasions, together with brown rolls.

Generally stock levels are already running low again.

None of the brown burger buns had shelf tickets displaying the price.

Could not find 8-packs burgers - they have been out of stock for more than 24hrs (I checked yesterday as well).

S0 bought all the remaining 4-pack burgers, get to the till and confusion starts. Amount for 4 burgers now the same as for 8-pack, expecting it to be less. I fetch the shelf ticket (ST), but manager Mpho disagrees strongly. He ignores the confusion that the incorrectly labelled STs create. Insists that ST is for Grabouw burgers? His ST is also incorrectly worded and I am not sure what it refers to. The description on both STs greatly vary from their actual packaging and refers to the other product, in both cases. I am sending an email to W with photos attached - a joke. Pity I can't post here!

Manager gets a bit agressive and tries to grab my phone when I try and take a photo of him, also to send to W.

Woolworths, get your act together!
