I took contract through Homemark but they suspended my line after they claimed that i owed them money. All funds have been payed up to date. They claimed that I must update banking details but I don't have to since it's a on going debit order that gets payed monthly. I called them and said to open line but they said i must wait till end of month for the line to re-open.
They claimed that there was a cancellation of the debit order but never happened on mi side.
The worst service of them through vodacom!!!
