I purchased a fish bubble contraption from the canal walk branch. To no surprise the bubble maker that was going to delight my 7 year old at her birthday party was not working. The sales person said he could give me another one since I had misplaced my slip. I was happy. Imagine my surprise on the actual day of her party, new R49.00 batteries later, NO bubbles. I went back to the branch, firmly with the decision, I do NOT want this thing. I told Nazir Jamie that I did not have a slip but I will take something else in the store and will pay the difference. No he said, I can only give you another bubble maker. The third one really! he told me alta, store manager will call me.irrate i left the store and received no call. i called her and she said she has to call the big bosses and phone me back. I lost faith when she told Nazir loudly, "Jinnie, why u rite so ugly, I couldnt even read this to call the customer" 10 minutes later she called me all cheerily and had pleasure informing me NO the BIG bosses said NO, i said then give me another fish, she said NO we NOW decided we wont even give you one because you said you dont want one earlier. I WAS a loyal customer:!! not VERISMART big boss
