Yesterday the 9th at about 3 pm I was at your store to purchase cigarettes. As we were on the queue I noticed how the lady at your cigarette counter had been giving clients service with an attitude.
An old lady wanted to purchase Dunhill. Courleigh but had forgotten the name so she asked for the smokes in a red packaging and was pointing at it. Your cahier wasn't bothered by this lady and scanned the Stuyvesant Red. She proceeded to ask the old lady, why doesn't she know what she smokes. That left a sour taste in my mouth considering that this gogo probably sells these smokes to make extra cash. Our culture and the laws of customer service do not agree to senior citizens being treated like that. Your cashiers actions left everyone on the queue uncomfortable until I confronted her about her actions and she bluntly told me and the other customers that "she was there to work for hey kids and not to be bothered by us" how am I then a client bothering you if your core function is to service me? The saddest thing was that, all this took place in from of the supervisor and she never intervened. She just walked away and I was a
