We went to MrPH on Sunday - I can only go over weekends - to order a chair after wasting 2 weeks trying to order already (first the store told us it would be easier to order over the internet, which we did, but then we couldn't, as they called us to say we have to call the shop to order. The shop said we can't order over the phone, we have to come in). So I was ready to order, but Felicity was so unhelpful and rude, and made it very clear how unhappy she was to work on a Sunday (everybody else apparently did not show up for work that day). She just didn't want to help me and said I must come in during the week - which I cant). I called the branch manager, who spoke to her, and then Felicity helped me very reluctantly and unfriendly. I also suddenly had to pay 100% deposit in stead of 50%. It was an extremely unpleasant situation, and I will NOT be using that branch in future.
