About 7 weeks ago fruadualent purchases was made on my Edgars account. They advised me about the two purchases and I had to go into the branch to complete forms etc and had to go to the police to make an affidiavit about the events and return with this again to the branch. After a three weeks I had to follow up what is happening about this for they blocked my account because they need to investigate this case now. They advised ne to come into the store again to get new card. Purchases could not be made on this they advised before the department did not phone me but new card was issued. Last week I wanted to buy some goods and still no block has been lifted. Today again the same story-this time the lady phoned the and I was advised to speak to the consultant which when heard that I was clearly upsut just put down the headset in my ears. Totally unacceptable!!! I am not the "skelm" here I just want to by on my account. And then On Friday I got SMS to notify me that a payment must be made on this account or otherwise I would be listed as bad payer. My account is not in the rears for I strictly make payments each month. R2500 of goods was purchaced in cash the last two weekend
