I just want to compliment [URL Removed] on the way they handled my product query. I had a problem with the Telefunken Netpad TPAD 70A3GI I purchased, I recently starting experiencing andriod errors when booting up. I purchased this device over a year ago. Took it them, with continual feedback regarding exactly where the product was, and what the next step was. 7 days later I got an answer to say, they had credited my account with the full amount.
