I went to Spar on lunch time few minutes ago. I was at the Deli food counter where i requested something on one of the ladies said to me that what I want is kept for someone who is still coming. Now my question to the Manager (Chris) I ask if now when you want food at Spar do I need to call and place an order beacuse its a first I hear about this. I would understand if it was a product that is kept for a customer but food I dont understand. I just need clarity from top management of Spar on this matter, so that next time I am on lunch I call as well call instant of driving straight there.
