Lack of communication and bad service

I bought the sweeper from game (Verimark) It started making a loud noise. so i took it back to the game in Traderoute on the 18th of May with all the accessories and in the original box to get the verimark people to fix the Sweeper. They called me a week later to say that it was ready for collection. when i collected it, it was in a brown box with the charger missing and still making the same noise. I then took it back to the game and told the manager (Max) to fix it. he promised to fix it and bring it to my house. Today is the 04/06.2013 and i have still not received anything or even a call to say what is happening.
