Last year I bought the home theatre system a SONY 7.2ch. And I resived it without it DVD player. I went to complain and I got the 5.2ch DVD player without a remote. We had and agreement that I won't pay until I get the proper DVD.When time goes on I was refunded by taking out R1000 on my Account. But now it seams that for the months that I was not paying they put on the arreas in my account. I have and agreement agin whith them that I wil pay R1000 this month and the full instalment the next month, but my is still R27412.94.Please help me.
