I would like to commend Jonathan, one of the managers at Boxer Superstore. He is slways willing to help and does not mind getting his hand dirty, which is very rare in SA. I've gone to him twice for assistance whenever his staff gives us grief and if it means he has to do the job himself he does. Like this past Saturday, he ended up packing customer bags after I went to him with a query. Well done Jonathan, we need more managers like you and your staff can learn a lot from you.
