Headline clearly states what happened - even after they promised to have the order shipped before Christmas. And not a single reply to my emails requesting a refund or an explanation... or anything! Come on guys, we know you can do better than this! I work for a national retailer so I understand these things happen but you HAVE to communicate with your customers - dont leave us at Christmas lunch with no crackers!
