On the 15th of may I bought curled virgin hair from la femina salon. Pamela indicated that the hair won't tangle and its good hair etc. on the 1st of June I went to wash the hair it tangled and was even unmanageable for them to comb. The stylist eventually decided to take it out. Pamela indicated that there are no refunds and unfortunately it's not written on the wall. She could not even replace that hair as the ones that she had in the salon are more expensive than what I had bought. At the end I could not get the hair nor the refund. It was just R2200 down the drain. Such terrible service.
