On friday the 24th of May I phoned the papmers helpline querying about the quality of nappies I recieved in an active baby packet, size 3. A lady by the name of Phili answered, she took all my details including contact numbers and asked me to send a photo of the damaged nappy to their consumer email address [Email Removed] . I recieved a confirmation that they recieved my mail but to date, after a week no one has reverted back to me. I wonder how does the papmers holding treat consumer care, I have another pack (box of 120 nappieds) at home which has less lock in gel. The nappy doesnt in urine the way its suppsed to like when advertized on TV. Is papmers selling rejects now? are they still living up to their quality and standard or think they are the leading brand because we support them. Huggies has the best turn around time and they respond very quickly. I am dissapointed in papmers and they must not call themselves the best in the world if they cant give feedback in a week.
