If you advertise a sale it is a good idea to have stock, and not just a means of getting someone into your store.
My wife got to Toys R Us yesterday morning 40 min before the store opened and was told that there were only 5 units of the Wii U in stock, and that they had already been sold. I don't find this misleading advertising fair at all.
