Hi, I've purchased a pair of guess jeans in december and in march it started fading badly and even started to tear aound the knee area. I've contacted tamlyn in the 1st week of march, she then asked for a picture of the jeans, which I sent immediately. I got a reply the next day saying the people responsible to deal with this complaint are on holiday away from the country and will be back on the 21st of march. I said I couldn't wait that long bt there was nothing more she could do. I've been waiting ever since and up to this day there still haven't been a response.is she waiting for the 6 months to pass so she don't have to exchange it? I paid R700 for the jeans and can't even use it anymore. I'm so disapointed
