We were looking to open a customer account for deliveries to the Hotel. We were advised Phiwe was the correct rep, we have left numerous messages and spoke to Phiwe who advised she would call us back (It is now more than a week since we spoke to her). As we received no call back we contacted Makro Springfield and spoke to Sherril (Manager / Team Leader) and she said she would call us back within 15 mins and its now almost two days later and still no call back. The service we are receiving is definitely below standard and we are left wondering if they are interested in our business!
