Takes money but Wont Spend money

So uppon collection of my card at wollies store i do the whole activation and great im on my way it activated and sorted, decide let me test to see if it is activated almost a weak later low and behold declidend! i phone to find out why and got told that the fica department deactivated it as the proof of address was not correct, i ask to speak to the person who deactivated it but ofcoarse they can phone out but cant receive calls i request a call back, nothing happend the next morning i have a miss call no voice message nothing i phone back and there we go it active again, i requested a call back from her supperior no return call! phone again, request another still no call back phoned again today and i am stil waiting for MR Charton Fortuin to phone back so they will take money but cant phone you back to give you the service offered to the card holder be it gold or black cards, and as i understand it the black card is like a prestige credit card which i also have and my prestige bankers never let me wait for more than 2hours max for a return call! So to every one out there wollies and fica department JUST DONT CARE! despite there claims on great service!
