Dirty pack pampers with hole in the bottom of pkt

I went to shoprite scottburgh andthey did not have stock of pamper no 05 that was on special so there was a small pack that was sirty so i took it only to find out there was a hole under the pack. So it this how pamper deliver the stck to shoprite. i have taken photo of the pack of pampers and i think i should send it out to show the package to the public.
