I did lay a complaint before about beares not delivering programs with he laptop as advertised. Well then they dit call and said that the programs arived but only no to find out that its trial programs and not what was advertised. The manager even took my laptop to jhb to a technician and he also said that the programs that was supose to be withmy laptop must have been and now I have 4 programs that only trial versions wich is not of any help. The whole problem uis that its microsoft office... I can not do my documents or spread sheets at this stage because of the programs that keep popping up and saying its gonna expire. And when we told the manageres that we are going to seek legal help she just said with an attetude ' go ahaed we don't care. Can you please help us in this matter. This is by far the worst service we ever received from a store.
