Made a complaint last month regarding some very shocking service provided by Bride&Co.
They made a note on my report to say that someone would be in touch (like I have seen on all the reports posted) however, to this date they still haven't even had the common courtesy to contact me directly or even apologise!
But they have the audacity to keep spamming my inbox with special offers and invites even though I have requested to be taken off the mailing list 3 times!!
If you were thinking that they are actually contacting people directly you are sorely mistaken! Stay away!!!
