I have never skipped a payment on my account, i never recieve statement on my account to inform me what my instalmentl is for each month. i have complained about it and after 2 months only did they fix this problem. the people at the call centre told me that this card "connection card" works like a credit card which means if i pay R1000 that i woud be able to buy again for that amount. i recently applied for a home loan and they declient me because they say i haven't paid my connection account for 6 months i have all the reciets to proof my payments. today i gave the call centre a call to find out what is wrong with my account. no one could help me i had to stay on the line for an hour and everytime they had excuses of helping me only to drop the phone in my ears after several people talking to me. i still haven't sorted this issue and i think its very unproffesional and unexepted. can someone plz look into this matter!!! 012 342 5927
