A few weeks ago, I had an unpleasant experience (attitude) with a staff member of the Musica store at the V&A Waterfront. It was definitely not one that I appreciated, and so I called the Manager of the store directly and told him of the unpleasant shopping experience that I had encountered.
Eric not only listened but he accepted my grievance with the utmost professionalism and managerial etiquette. He provided an apology and a proposed plan of action to reprimand, rectify and resolve.
I was very pleased with the understanding and regard of my views and would like to thank him for reassuring my confidence in the service we receive in this country. I wish him all the success in his career as he is definitely an asset in his field.
