My debit order was suppose to have gone through on the 21 but it didn't, now I am being charged a fee for a returned dibit order for something which was an error on their side.
My statement cleary states the account number from which my money should be deducted, so how can an account that appears to be correctly on my statement not be correct when the debit order goes through?
What annoyes me the most is that I've sent numerous e-mails to which I am still waiting for a reply.
