I am disgusted! I am a breeder and have been getting my food from Royal Canin for a few years now. This week I placed an order and received half of it because they were out of stock - delivered to the wrong address and delivered late. Now they owe me 2kg of food which i have paid for and do you think i can get anyone at Royal Canin to deliver this to me. Shocking - this is how you treat a client of a few years
