This is something that has been bothering me for a while now, I buy a lot of wine form all over the show and to get the best deals on certain wines you have to look around. I can phone all your competitor stores and there is at least one knowledgeable person on the wine front. Every time I call Ultra I get no where! People don't even know some of the top estates around.
I Just feel a little training should be put into place so your staff can assist people who need help on the wines that you stock.
On the up your prices are always great.
