I find it unacceptable that a retailer as large as Markham doesn't ensure that its employees perform the necessary checks and balances when opening an account. Somebody opened an account using my ID number and your employee never bothered to call me when doing the credit check as my contact details are listed there... Now i'll have to run around whilst waiting for my affected credit record to be wiped clean. This is PATHETIC to say the least!!!
